- Our properties are strictly NO SMOKING - please smoke only outside and move well away from any open windows or doors (a charge of £250 +VAT will be added to your bill if evidence of smoking is found in the property)
- No outdoor shoes should be worn inside, please move shoes at the door. You may wear indoor shoes or slippers only
- Please keep noise down between the hours of 10:00pm and 07:00am (wear headphones if consuming media, close doors quietly & keep conversations to an absolute minimum so as not to disturb other residents and/or neighbours)
- Accidents/Breakages happen - please let us know if something gets broken or damaged, thank you
- Please tidy up after yourself and leave the kitchen as you'd like to find it
- wash dishes or put used items in dishwasher and wipe down surfaces
- Please leave bathroom/WC tidy and as you'd wish to find it
- Check in is 4 - 9pm, check out is by 10am on the morning of departure. Earlier Check In or Later Check out may be possible, but only by prior agreement. Thank you
